It's obvious to us that Federal Reserve System has the right to issue US dollars. It's must be a financial division of US Treasury or sth, at least under US Government's control. Right? You might think Federal Reserve Bank is the central bank of USA that belongs to the US Treasury, or it won't have to right to issue the most powerful currency of the world, the US Dollars.
- Why it is not named Central Bank of USA? Because it sounds stupid or something?
No. The reason for that is It's a private bank. How could a private bank be named the Central Bank? The Federal Reserve Bank sounds not like a central bank's name, and it is not. But it has the right to issue the US Dollars.

I remember that the US Government only has a share of 14% of the FRB. The biggest share holders, or the real owners are the companies listed above. They are all thru the world.

Why They Do this?
From the article on the wikipedia, you'll learn it took the international bankers dozens of years to make their dream come true, to establish this Federal Reserve System. They made it. The funny thing is, we ordinary people have no clue of all these, not mention why they do this.Well, I think it's easier for you to directly watch the movie America: Freedom to Fascism.
When the US government needs money, they ask the Congress for approval of the issuance of the treasury bonds. When approved, the treasury bonds will be auctioned. The Federal Reserve System always like to buy the treasury bonds which are left after the auction was done.
- Where does the FRB get the money?
They print the money, the Federal Reserve Note, which is the Legal US Dollars.
- Is that gonna cause any financial chaos?
Definitely not. The US Government will finally buy their bonds back by using the tax as the collarteral. And the FRB is gonna burn the green paper down when US Government pays off their debt. Everything seems perfect.
- How Does the FRB Profit?
They can wait for the bond interests after purchasing the treasury bond by printing money that costs nothing. More importantly, zero risk. Annual ROI is expected to be 5%. That's good enough for zero risk, zero investment business.

I have found that the Federal Reserve is not in the interest of the people. These main shareholders are large corporation owners. The Federal Reserve should be abolished. The American people have been distracted from life with a materialized economy that we are forced to worship.
From my research paper on the Federal Reserve "Our forefathers didn’t just make a [supposedly] impermeable defense against banking and money corruption for no reason. They had experience in the ways of dastardly bankers and greedy money manipulators. The Currency Act of 1751 and 1764 were among the prime grievances noted by the First Continental Congress in 1774. The colonies ability circulate their own paper money was necessary to the colonial economies. The crown, however, wanted to see the colonies using their standard currency created by the Bank of England. When the parliament passed these currency acts, it caused a terrible recession among the colonies. Most irritating to these colonists were the problems it caused in the name of taxation. The colonists were busy circulating colonial scrip, their form of currency, for years. The currency acts prevented the colonists from paying taxes. While the public debt clause of these acts was quickly pulled, the private debt –meaning merchants- was not repealed. The colonists had no way to pay for their basic necessities, but plenty of money to pay for taxes."
